For complicated reasons, Sega Mania was limited to 84 pages and no more. So, when we came to do Issue 4 we struggled to find space for the deluge of Mega-CD games that had been released.
The Mega-CD Mini Mag was the result. Featuring reviews of all the Mega-CD launch titles, it was a fun way to cover the system. We designed it in the style of a CD jewel case booklet along with a “track” list on the rear!
Unfortunately due to some faulty packaging, a lot of these mini guides slipped out of the Issue 4 envelopes before they got to customers.
